5. Wildfowl Art Exhibition
Original Fine Art by many well-known wildlife artists will be on view. This year's featured artist is Harry Adamson from Lafayette, California.. This venue is a tribute to the beauty of our native birds and to the artists who celebrate them. Artist participation is by invitation only. Contact Steel or Shelly Roberts-Ross, 523 Turre Street, Yreka CA 96097.
6. Raffles and Door Prizes
Tickets will be on sale both days and the winning numbers will be listed at the raffle table during the activities. The winner of the Door Prize need not be present to win. This year's door prize is a Dove Hunting Rig, done by several of PFDA's  top carvers.  The winner will take all the birds home.  This is quite a rig that anyone would be proud to display. (See door prize picture).
7. Commercial Vendors and Decoy Collectors' Tables
Tables will be available for rental by those wishing to sell waterfowl related items. All sale items are subject to approval by show officials, and vendors must be prepared to issue a receipt for all items sold. Vendors must furnish their own backboards for hanging items. Items may not be attached to the hotel walls. Rental fee is $100.00 along the walls and $75.00 in the center of the room. Fee and a donation item with a value of $25 or more is mandatory. All donated items become the property of the PFDA and disposition will be at the discretion of the Association. Tables are limited so reserve early, (by May 15th). All reservations will be reviewed to prevent duplication and to insure a variety of vendors. Members of the PFDA and PSWA will have preference.

8. Legacy Project
The Legacy Project was sponsored by the Library of Congress. Pacific Flyway was invited to participate and record the history of our organization.  We practice a unique American Art form The  Legacy Book is on our webpage, so take a few minutes and check out the history of PFDA.  It is an exciting history of our club from it's early beginnings to the present day.  This book will be on permanent display in the Library of Congress in Washington D.C.
9. 5th  YEAR CATEGORIES FOR 2006
PFDA has expanded the horizons of carving by adding a major category at the June 1999 competition.  Fish were added to the competition.  Many beautiful carving were entered, and the competition was keen. The fish category will  follow the IWCA guidelines for fish. We will also have single bird, unlimited paint IWCA hunting decoys.  This will be an IWCA event, but you do not need to be a member of IWCA to enter, however, if you are not a member, you will not be able to participate in the IWCA championships if your bird wins best of category.  For further information on these carving events, please contact Jim Burcio.  This promises to bring a whole new perspective to the Sacramento Show.
